We’re excited to see everyone dressed in formal attire for our special day! For the men, we recommend either a suit or tuxedo. For the ladies, a long gown or elegant cocktail dress will be perfect.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. To ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled, we suggest arriving at 5:00 PM and no later than 5:15 PM.

On-site parking is available at the venue. However, the venue is about a 40-minute drive from The Woodlands and an hour from Houston, so plan accordingly. To ease the stress of travel and ensure everyone can celebrate as they please, we will have a one-time shuttle service transporting guests from the Westin at the Woodlands Hotel to the venue and back to The Woodlands at the end of the night. If you'd like to use the shuttle, please indicate your interest when you RSVP, so we can get an accurate headcount. If you plan to Uber, please note Uber availability is limited where our venue is located, so we strongly recommend scheduling your pickup in advance. Let us know if you have any questions!

As much as we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you arranging childcare in advance and look forward to celebrating with you!

We want all our guests to enjoy the celebration, so if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate this on the RSVP page when you confirm your attendance.

Texas weather can be unpredictable, but late May typically sees temperatures in the 80s to 90s. Luckily, our ceremony and reception will be indoors where it’s cool and comfortable with plenty of AC. Our cocktail hour will be outside under a covered tent, but you’re welcome to step inside if you need a break from the heat. We’re looking forward to celebrating with you in any weather!
